Went to leisure mall and here's my try on their menu~ This is not my first visit to simple life and their food always look so appetizing and of course the taste is just nice!
Vegetables Curry Pot
You don't have to worry as it is not too spicy! If you can spot the yam in my curry. Just love the combination although you can't find any meat in it.
Lion’s Mane Mushroom
This vegetarian Kung Pou is just as interesting as the "real" version, which is with meat.
Mutli Grain Rice is one of Simple Life's signatures and it is also one of my reason to be here. Their dishes do not contain the strong smell and starchy taste of multi grain rice, which is one of the main reasons why multi grain rice is disliked by many . I prefer multi grain rice, which is high in fiber and vitamin B Complex, to refined white rice, that has high glucose content.
