For the month of May till June, Dragon-i would like to bring a new innovation to the customer by introducing their Lobster Spectacular Set. The set meals consists of Shanghainese Dumplings with Lobster Filling, Spice Salted Lobster Head and Claws, Lobster Head and Claws, Lobster Meat with Ginger & Spring Onion, Fried La Mian with Lobster Tail and Double boiled Longan with Snow Fungus.
- For Canton-i the dumpling is being replaced with Siew Mai with Lobster Filling hence the Fried La Mian is being convert to Fried Yee Mee with Lobster Tail.
- These delicious set meals will be priced at RM138++ per pax, with a minimum order 2 pax. American lobster species is being used to prepare these dishes.
- For those Lobster cravers who dine alone, they had specially tailor made a one person set meals which is priced at RM138++ and using 600g American Lobster. The menu consists of a choice for Lobster Meat with Ginger &Spring Onion or Lobster in Superior Soup.

Well, although this might look spicy to you but no worries of the spiciness. It didn't much absorb into the chicken.
At first, I taught this was eggplant but then having a bite of it, surprisingly crunchiness!! I shall try this at home.
The Crispy Eel reminds me of fried anchovy but then it was added with honey. It's good for a stater!
What I could say is "wow" on this!!!!! I was shocked with so many ingredients inside my pot of soup... Feel like an emperor when having this! Thumbs up, as the taste is mainly from the ingredients itself unlike others that you could feel artificial taste.
What a luxurious way to have our Shanghainese Dumplings! This time, chef gave a twist of it. instead of having prawn filling, they were having lobster now.
I can tell the freshness of the lobster because it was so springy!

This was my first time to taste a huge lobster like this and the taste certainly amused me!
The best way to keep the natural sweetness of Lobster is not to cook it in fancy way. Dragon-i get the idea of it. Very nice indeed! This is good to share with your friends and family. I believe everyone will be fighting on the center part of it!!
here's another way of cooking your lobster~
Spice Salted Lobster Head and Claws or Fried La Mian with Lobster Tail which is available only at (Dragon-i) only RM20.00 charges will be imposed for the dish for a one person set. Whilst, in Canton-i the menu will be Fried Yee Mee with Lobster Tail.
I love the fact that Dragon-i's Chef used La mian instead of yellow noodle which not very good for health.
After having a list of meat in our menu, here's a little green to balance up our meal.
LOOK AT THE SIZE!!!!
LOTS OF INGREDIENTS! This is made of the high quality abalone, scallops, roast pork, salted egg yolk and a variety of premium ingredients plus top quality glutinous rice.
I LOVE THIS! Chef suggested a new way of indulging the dumpling. Try add a pinch of sugar and soy sauce for a different taste from the conventional one. You'll find something extraordinary! Love the smooth taste of the mashed bean with all the other ingredients after long hours of preparation by Dragon-i's Chef. Good food deserve a wait!
