如何辨别"化学酱油"?

一时又发现这不能吃~一时又发现那个有问题。。。
我们身为消费者的只能精明选择!
为了健康大家真的要小心辨别啊~
化学酱油致癌,购买时请注意一摇三看

一摇:
好酱油摇起来会起很多的泡沫,不易散去。

三看:
一看工艺,是酿造还是配制酱油。采用传统工艺的高盐稀态酿造酱油风味较好、含盐量较高,采用速酿工艺的低盐固态发酵酱油含盐量较低。

二看指标,氨基酸态氮含量越高,味道越鲜。

三看用途,酱油上应标注供佐餐用或供烹调用,供佐餐用的可直接入口,卫生指标要求高,如果是供烹调用不能直接用于拌凉菜。



【看颜色。正常的酱油色应为红褐色,品质好的颜色会稍深一些,但如果酱油颜色太深了,则表明其中添加了焦糖色,香气、滋味相比会差一些,这类酱油仅仅适合红烧用。】

United Buddy Bears attack KL!!!!

Guess what...went to Pavilion KL today 
and I believe most of you knew that 
Pavilion is surrounded by lots and lots of bears from all around the world...
Nearly lost myself there because I love unique stuff!!
and the best part is... 
every bear represents a country 
and it is sorted according to alphabetical order
so it is easy for us to find the respective country
the next thing i love about these bears were the artist did not simply draw an art on it
whereas it promotes a culture of one country through the art and painting on the bear!!!
how cool is that right? I wonder who ever came out with this fascinating idea~superb artist!
come find the bear before they get back to their own country...XP
 Alright guys, just kidding there...the bear will be here till Feb 2012 
so....long to go...no worries!!

looks like my previous Jagung post stopped quite sometime there..XD
ok here's the update of myself!
i'm very much busy lately although I should be enjoying my long holidays after graduated from IPTB.
but now...when everyone else busy partying and outing during weekends
my hectic partime job had yet started...
people ask me why i make myself busy
simply because i bought a DSLR and im officially broke
i mean really broke that one!!!!
so...if you guys out there happens to see me sitting in a row with beggars by the roadside please don't be shocked alright?(@o@)

this is one of my favorite fruit...how bout you?
and now the SEASON of PERSIMMON is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yipeeee~~~~[and im munching it while doing this post...XP]
BUT what you do not know is.........

1. Persimmons Cannot Be Eaten On An Empty Stomach
Contains more tannin and pectin, in an empty stomach under the effect of gastric acid, lumps of various sizes will formed, if these lumps can not reach the pyloric intestine, it will remain in the stomach to form gastric persimmon stone. The stone original is as small as apricots and persimmon seeds nu, but will tend to get larger if naturally expelled from the stomach, it will cause diospyrobezoar the digestive tract obstruction, resulting in upper abdominal pain, vomiting, and even vomiting blood and other symptoms. During surgery, persimmon stone as big as a fist was found in the stomach. If there’s food in the stomach then the persimmon stone formation in the stomach can be avoided .

2. Persimmon Skin Should Not Be Eaten
Some people feel that eating persimmon fruit together with the skin taste betten than just eating the flesh by itself. Scientifically this is not advisable because the vast majority of persimmon tannin in concentrated in the skin. If eaten together with its skin the formation of gastric persimmon stone is easier, especially when the astringent process is incomplete, as its skin contains more tannic acid.

3. Do not eat persimmon together with high-protein crabs, fish, shrimp and other foods
In Chinese medicine, crab and persimmon are considered “cold foods”, therefore they cannot be eaten together. From the perspective of modern medicine, crab, fish and shrimp contains high level of protein and thus under the effect of the tannic acid, it is easy to solidified into blocks, namely, stomach persimmon stone.




































so not every fruit skin can eat...
for persimmon....peel it!

[1st portrait] Devil Ying

my 1st trial on portrait shooting....
i don't have my own DSLR
and definitely not a pro!
but i was lucky to have friends around who are willing to lend me theirs from time to time...
thanks to kinkeet for lending me his panasOnic DMC-FZ30
and i invited my friend Jia Ying aka. Devil Ying to be my 1st ever model...
and there were 2 photographers with me dat dae
considered as "my seniors" (chee wai and shuching) in photo-shooting
the only gadget with me is my best and loyal friend K800i!!!(^3^)o
since we were in Penang 
so we chose area around Penang Heritage as our setting!
it's well known for it has many good spots for photo shooting....
this is the 1st time for our model (Devil Ying) too...
so she's kinda nervous and excited!!!^^

i love the fishers village scenery of the restaurant...
  it's like a fisherman port right beside the restaurant...
the lane is in wooden and it reminds me of CHEW JETTY in penang island...

我觉得"JUSTART"/巧塔这个名很特别 
因为酱看过去
其实会看到不同的组合
Just Art..只是艺术
Just Start...刚开始
Just Tart...只是塔
特别吧!o(^^)o
以上的三种描绘都显示了“巧塔”/Justart 的特色
不过主要所要表达和重心
就在于他们的
“塔”/tart

其实小丑没特地,也不知道这个地方
只想找个地方弥补好姐妹的生日
